How to measure:
1.) Measure arm circumference at elbow joint
2.) Use the measurement to choose correct size listed in charts
- Bad Girlfriend Findings are these elbow pads fit small. Measured at 11 at elbow joint and found the large too small. Would have preferred a XL!
