To ensure a perfect knee pad fit, measure circumference of extended knee and match to the sizes listed below:
- Small: 12 - 14in
- Medium: 14 - 16in
- Large: 15 - 17in
- X-Large: 17 - 20in
PRO TIP: If your measurements are in-between the sizes shown or you’re simply in doubt, we strongly recommend sizing up to the larger size. We have found over the years that customers do better when they choose the larger size.
What is the difference between Pro Knee Pad and Pro Derby Knee Pad?
The Pro Knee Pad has been our flagship product since day one. It is a bigger pad over-all and the bend/shape is fixed on the perfect angle to cup your knee when you fall. The Pro Knee Pad is made of 1 ½” thick foam.
The Pro Derby Knee Pad has a one of a kind flex hinge. It has the same bend at the knee as the Pro Knee Pad, but the flex hinge allows the pad to move with your leg. The over-all sizing is also smaller. The Pro Derby Knee Pad is made of 1 ¼ ” thick foam.
What is the difference between Fly Knee Pads and the Pro Knee Pads?
The Fly Knee Pad is a smaller, lower profile knee pad. It’s a good starter pad, great for someone just getting into skating. It has a dense 7/8” thick foam. The Fly Knee caps are not replaceable. The Pro Knee Pad is a pro level knee pad with maximum protection for going fast and doing high expert level tricks. This is the model 98% of the top pro skaters use.

187 Killer Pads Killer Pro Knee Pads
Bought these for my 7 year old son. He's just over 4 ft tall and about 70 lbs and got him the XS size which fits a little big but works for him. Pads are great, very comfortable and provide very good protection for the knees. Great price and delivery was quick.

great product, but a bit bulky.
I have no complaints about this product. It is extremely padded and well made. Great for those with knee injuries. They are pretty bulky and have a bit of a getting used to period, but I think it's worth it if you have any knee troubles.
