You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Cost of return shipping is the customer responsibility.
Return shipping costs will be covered if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Customers are responsible for shipping cost of any item returned to be exchanged for a different size.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All orders in Canada are now charged $10 and $35 for the United States. If shipping cost is lower we will charge the lower amount. Bad Girlfriend Skates now ships to United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand using DHL. We charge $50 upfront and will contact you to approve further charges as $50 may not be sufficient. DHL delivery is usually with 7 business day.
Just a reminder that all items have charts that show measurements for all gear. Please use these for correctly sized gear. Return shipping and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Bad Girlfriend Skates will invoice for all exchange items prior to shipping and payment must be received at that time.
New Skater packages and any shipment returned for full refund without an exchange will have the amount Bad Girlfriend Skates paid to ship the shipment deducted off the price of the refund.

If an item breaks within 90 days for pads and gloves or within 180 days for helmets, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to replace a broken item that is under warranty and ship this item to you as soon as possible
