Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping cost and restocking fee.

Standard roller skates can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. In order to be acceptable for refund or exchange, products must show no sign of use (in brand new condition) and must be returned in their original unmarked packaging with each skate in the plastic inside it was received in. We cannot accept skates back that have been used.



Items that may NOT be returned or exchanged: 

  • Used/worn skates.
  • Custom boots (this includes custom colors, widths, sizes, etc).
  • Custom mounted boots and packages (skates for which you have selected the components separately and had mounted)
  • Special order items.
  • Items that state in the product description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.
  • Sale, clearance, and closeout items.
  • Gift certificates 

All return product will be inspected for use when received. If a roller skate is returned and found to be used it will be returned to the customer collect shipping and no refund will be issued.  

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Return shipping costs will be covered if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Customers are responsible for the full shipping cost of any item returned to be exchanged for a different size.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you cannot login please email us at and we will help you with the refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package to the store, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you did not create an account and purchased your items as a guest then you need to email with your order number and information about the return. To return items for exchange please ship items to our address with your order information. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

International Order Returns - Please make sure you mark the return as a RETURN and not an item for sale. No custom charges are due if you mark the package this way as we have already paid customs on our store stock.

Refund Policy

Orders that are cancelled after payment has been made will be refunded by the method paid less any service fees incurred. Store credit for the original charge can be applied as an alternative.

Gift certificates are not eligible for refund.

Clearance items can not be returned for refund.

Ordering During Covid

Shipping time is approximately within 24 hours. Delivery will be found through tracking supplied when order ships. Refunds and cancellation after an order has been made will incur the service fee by the method the order was paid if we have already processed the payment.
