To ensure a perfect knee, elbow, and wrist fit, measure circumference of extended knee and elbow and measure hand circumference at the knuckles.

JR: One Size fits most children ages 4-8, weighing 40-60 pounds.
Wrist: 6 - 7in, Knee: 9 - 11in, Elbow: 6 - 8in
XS - Wrist - 7-8in, Knee - 11-13in, Elbow - 8-9in
S/M - Wrist - 8-9.5in, Knee - 13-15in, Elbow - 8-10in

Moxi pads
These pads are perfect! I am just getting in to roller skating and knew it would be a better idea to start with pads as I know some falls are inevitable. I researched a lot and landed on these, so I was happy to find them from somewhere almost local to me, so shipping was super fast. I was a little worried as some people say multipacks can be difficult if your body is not all the same size, but the S/M works perfect for me in the knee, elbow and wrist guard. Thanks again! Super excited to learn :)
