Measure the circumference at the wrist joint for the 187 Wrist Guard.
To ensure a perfect wrist guard fit, measure hand circumference at the knuckles and match to the sizes listed below:
- Small: 7 - 8in
- Medium: 8 - 9in
- Large: 9 - 10in
- X-Large: 10 - 11in
PRO TIP: If your measurements are in-between the sizes shown or you’re simply in doubt, we strongly recommend sizing up to the larger size. We have found over the years that customers do better when they choose the larger size.

Favourite Wrist Guards
These 187 derby wrist guards are the most comfortable wrist guards out there! They are low profile so even when you hit the floor, your wrists will be supported and won't be at a funny angle!

Upgrade
I had the regular version of the 187 Wrist guards and found that the Velcro came off occasionally and that they where quite restricting. I bought these for my second game, they are great! Low profile and gives your fingers extra room to move!

Best Decision Ever
I broke my hand at derby... Actually my wrist guards broke my hand. The thick hard plastic would smash into the palm of my hand when I fell...However, these have a plastic peace that covers my whole wrist and not just the inch in the middle! Best Decision Ever I'm glad someone told me about these! Now I'm not having panic attacks about falling on the broken bones.

Like falling on puffy clouds!!
I love these wrist guards, they feel secure and don't dig into your hands or wrists even on hard spills. I don't feel like there is too much material like some wrist gaurds or too little. And the shock absorption when you fall is awesome, it is like having mini pillows on your hands.

Best wrist guards yet
I have tried a lot of wrist guards and these are the best yet! Strong durable plastic on the guards and good quality fabric that won't easily tear, especially the thinner mesh part. They allow me more hand movement which helps when I'm bracing and I find that the the plastic in your palm doesn't dig into other people's bodies as much as the older thinner style. A lot of skaters have asked if I'm worried that there is no hard plastic brace on the back of my hand and I don't feel that there is any less protection than before. These actually feel like they protect me more than anything ever has. Plus my hands get really sweaty naturally so my wrist guards always stink but these allow my hands to breath and they dry quicker.
