Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping cost and restocking fee.

Standard roller skates can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. In order to be acceptable for refund or exchange, products must show no sign of use (in new condition) and must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept skates back that have been used.

The cost of return shipping is the customer responsibility.

Return shipping costs will be covered if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Customers are responsible for the full shipping cost of any item returned to be exchanged for a different size.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package to the store, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you did not create an account/purchased you items as a guest then you need to email with your order number and information about the return. To return items for exchange please ship items to our address with your order information. The cost of return shipping is the customer responsibility.

Refund Policy

Orders that are cancelled after payment has been made will be refunded by the method paid less any service fees incurred. Store credit for the original charge can be applied as an alternative.

Gift certificates are not eligible for refund.

Clearance items can not be returned for refund.

Ordering During Covid

Delivery time is approximately 4-8 weeks or by the date specified on the website at the time of ordering. We are bringing in extra stock per each customer request especially for the customer. Refunds and cancellation after an order has been made will incur the service fee by the method the order was paid.


All orders in Canada are charged $12 - $15. For orders shipping to the United States we take a deposit of $40. If the shipping cost is lower we will adjust the order and refund the difference. If the shipment cost more than $40 (Skates typically cost $50 Canadian) we will email you for approval and invoice you via PAYPAL. Bad Girlfriend Skates now ships to the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand using DHL. We charge a deposit upfront and will contact you to approve further charges if the deposit is not sufficient. DHL delivery is usually within 7 business days.

Just a reminder that all items have charts that show measurements for all gear. Please use these for correctly sized gear. Return shipping and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Bad Girlfriend Skates will invoice for all exchange items prior to shipping and payment must be received at that time.

If an item breaks within 90 days for pads and gloves or within 180 days for helmets, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to replace a broken item that is under warranty and ship this item to you as soon as possible
